摘　　要：多学科团队在临床疑难及复杂疾病的诊断和治疗中起到至关重要的作用,本文就1例回盲部巨大肿物经过多学科讨论最终诊断为小肠克罗恩病的临床资料进行整理分析,现总结如下。The multidisciplinary team(MDT)plays a vital role in the diagnosis and treatment of difficult and complex diseases.The clinical data of a large ileocecal mass in the final diagnosis of small intestinal Crohn’s disease were summarized as follows.
