高校心理委员胜任力现状调查与对策研究

摘　　要：当前我国大学生心理问题呈逐渐增加的趋势,高校普遍存在心理健康教师资源不足的现象,为此心理委员制度应运而生,但我国高校心理委员胜任力的研究尚处于初期阶段。通过梳理国内外相关研究,并对136名高校心理委员进行胜任力调查,结果发现高校心理委员胜任力水平整体较高,在性别、学科类别上有显著差异,在此基础上,从心理健康教育三级网络机制的落实,高校心理委员的选拔、培训和成长平台建设四个方面提出提高高校心理委员胜任力的对策。At present,the psychological problems of college students are increasing gradually in China,and the resources of mental health teachers are insufficient in colleges and universities.Therefore,the psychological committee system arises at the historic moment,but the research on the competency of psychological committee members in colleges and universities in China is still in the initial stage.By combing the relevant research at home and abroad,and conducting a competency survey on 136 college psychological commissioners,it is found that the overall competency level of college psychological commissioners is high,and there are significant differences in gender and subject categories.On this basis,this paper puts forward countermeasures to improve the competency of college psychological commissioners from four aspects:the implementation of the three-level network mechanism of mental health education,the selection,training and growth platform construction of college psychological commissioners.
