摘　　要：思辨能力培养既是大学英语教学的重要目标之一,也是高等教育的核心目标之一。思辨能力包含认知和情感两个维度。SIOP是一种有利于思辨能力培养的语言教学模式。在大学英语教学中,可以遵照SIOP的教学原则,从背景知识的构建、学习策略和课堂互动三方面来培养学生的思辨能力。The cultivation of critical thinking ability is not only one of the important objectives of college English teaching,but also one of the core objectives of higher education.Critical thinking ability includes two dimensions:cognition and emotion.SIOP is a language teaching mode which is beneficial to the cultivation of critical thinking ability.In college English teaching,it is necessary to follow the teaching principles of SIOP to cultivate students'critical thinking ability from the construction of background knowledge,learning strategies and classroom interaction.
