乳腺下缘切口经乳腺后间隙入路手术治疗多发性乳腺纤维瘤的效果

摘　　要：目的对多发性乳腺纤维瘤患者采用乳腺下缘切口经乳腺后间隙入路手术治疗的效果进行探究。方法方便选择该院2018年6月-2019年12月收治的多发性乳腺纤维瘤患者92例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其划分为甲组和乙组,每组46例。采用传统手术方式治疗甲组,采用乳腺下缘切口经乳腺后间隙入路手术治疗乙组,对两组患者的治疗效果进行观察和比较。结果乙组的手术时间(28.2±3.8)min、住院时间(4.8±1.1)d、术后VSS评分(3.1±1.4)分均明显低于甲组的(41.2±6.3)min、(7.7±1.6)d、(7.5±1.3)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=10.947、11.236、10.290,P<0.05);乙组的外观满意,95.7%较之甲组78.3%明显更高,乙组的并发症发生率2.2%明显低于甲组15.2%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.175、5.288,P<0.05)。结论针对多发性乳腺纤维瘤患者采用乳腺下缘切口经乳腺后间隙入路手术治疗效果确切,可以有效缩短患者的手术时间和住院时间,能够保证较好的乳房外形,患者的外观满意度更高,还能够降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the effect of surgical treatment of patients with multiple breast fibroids through the inferior breast incision through the posterior breast space approach. Methods A total of 92 patients with multiple breast fibroma admitted to the hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were convenient selected as the research objects, and they were divided into group A and group B according to the random number table method, with 46 cases in each group. Traditional surgical methods were used to treat group A, and the inferior breast incision was used to treat group B through posterior breast space approach. The treatment effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The operation time(28.2±3.8) min, hospitalization time(4.8±1.1)d, and postoperative VSS score(3.1±1.4)points of group B were significantly lower than those of group A(41.2 ±6.3)min,(7.7 ±1.6)d,(7.5 ±1.3)points, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t =10.947, 11.236, 10.290, P <0.05);the appearance of group B was satisfactory, 95.7% was significantly higher than that of group A, 78.3%. The complication rate in group 2.2% was significantly lower than that in group A 15.2%, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.175, 5.288, P <0.05).Conclusion For patients with multiple breast fibroma, the surgical treatment effect of the inferior breast incision through the posterior breast space approach is accurate, which can effectively shorten the operation time and hospital stay of the patient,ensure a better breast shape, and have a higher satisfaction with the appearance of the patient, which can also reduce the incidence of complications.
