摘　　要：目的对晚期肺癌患者采用^(125)I粒子植入联合化疗治疗的效果进行探究。方法于2016年8月-2018年5月方便选择该院收治的晚期肺癌患者60例作为该次研究的纳入对象,按照随机数表法将其划分为单一组(n=30)和联合组(n=30)。采用单纯化疗治疗单一组,在此基础上,联合应用^(125)I粒子植入治疗联合组,对两组患者的治疗效果进行观察和比较。结果联合组的有效率73.7%明显高于单一组43.3%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.285,P<0.05);联合组与单一组的不良反应40.0%vs 36.7%比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.837,P>0.05)。结论采用^(125)I粒子植入联合化疗治疗晚期肺癌患者具有很好的效果,而且不会增加不良反应。Objective To explore the effect of ^(125)I seed implantation combined with chemotherapy in patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods Sixty patients with advanced lung cancer admitted to the hospital from August 2016 to May 2018 were conveniently selected as the subjects of this study,and they were divided into a single group(n=30)and a combined group(n=30)according to the random number table method.Chemotherapy alone was used to treat a single group.On this basis,^(125)I seed implantation was used in combination with the combined group to observe and compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients.Results The effective rate of the combined group was 73.7%was significantly higher than that of the single group 43.3%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.285,P<0.05);the combined group and the single group had no difference in adverse reactions of 40.0%vs 36.7%,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=1.837,P>0.05).Conclusion ^(125)I seed implantation combined with chemotherapy has a good effect in the treatment of patients with advanced lung cancer,and will not increase adverse reactions.
