摘　　要：针对JSP、数据库等技术在网络中的应用以及房屋租赁网络化的现实需要,采用JSP+Servlet+JavaBean+JDBC实现了一个基于Web技术的B/S结构的房屋信息发布及查询一体化的管理系统。本系统针对用户有登录注册、查询浏览房屋信息、浏览系统公告等功能模块,登陆后用户可对个人信息及房屋出租信息进行操作。针对管理员有登录及修改个人信息、管理房屋信息、管理会员信息、管理系统公告等功能。In view of the application of JSP,database and other technologies in the network and the real needs of the networked housing lease,JSP+Servlet+JavaBean+JDBC is used to implement a Web-based B/S structured housing information publishing and query integrated management system.The system has functional modules for users to log in,register,query and browse housing information,and browse system announcements.After logging in,users can operate on personal information and housing rental information.For administrators,there are functions such as logging in and modifying personal information,managing house information,managing member information,and managing system announcements.
