摘 要:为研究特种车辆座椅的振动特性以改进座椅舒适性,提出基于变分模态分解(Variational mode decomposition,VMD)和Teager能量算子的座椅振动信号分析法。通过对停驶工况和水泥路工况下采集的座椅振动信号作VMD-Teager时频分析,得出停驶工况下随着发动机转速的提高,出现由发动机自身的驱动周期所致的振动信号周期性变化以及与发动机点火频率有关的模态;水泥路工况下车速达到25 km/h时,信号中分解出含人体敏感频段的模态。通过座椅振动特性时频分析所得结论,可为座椅的设计及舒适性改进提供重要参考。In order to study the vibration characteristics of seat in special vehicles and to improve the comfort and life of the seat,a method of analyzing the vibration signal of seat based on Variational mode decomposition(VMD)and Teager energy operator is proposed.Based on the VMD-Teager time-frequency analysis of seat vibration signals in stop condition and cement road condition,it is concluded that with the increase of engine speed in stop condition,the periodic change of vibration signals caused by the driving cycle of the engine itself and the mode related to the engine ignition frequency will occur;When the speed of cement road reaches 25 km/h under working conditions,the modes including the sensitive frequency of human body will be decomposed in the signal.The conclusions from the time-frequency analysis of seat vibration characteristics can provide an important reference for the design and comfort improvement of seat.
