摘　　要：为了降低平流池出口水中悬浮物和含油量,合理利用热轧油泥,研制了热轧浊环水搅拌气浮法除油新技术。鞍钢股份有限公司热轧带钢厂应用该技术后,平流池出口水中悬浮物由29.26 mg/L降至21.52 mg/L,含油量由8.10 mg/L降至7.82 mg/L,热轧油泥中的铁泥和废油均得到有效利用,年创效1.13亿元。In order to reduce the quantities of suspended solids and oil content at the outlet of the horizontal tank and appropriately make use of the oil sludge resulted in hot rolling,the new technology for oil removal from hot-rolled turbid circulating water by Agitation Air Flotation was developed.After the new technology was applied in Hot Rolled Strip Steel Mill of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.,the quantities of suspended solids at the outlet of the horizontal tank decreased from 29.26 mg/L to 21.52 mg/L while the oil content decreased from 8.10 mg/L to 7.82 mg/L.And thus the iron sludge and waste oil in oil sludge resulted in hot rolling were effectively recycled,with an annual profit of 113 million yuan RMB.
