摘 要:为了在结构设计中能综合考虑周边场地及上部结构对建筑地下室的作用,提出了一种新的建筑地下室抗震设计方法.首先将地上结构对地下室的影响简化为地震力,并基于动态平衡分析及抗震设计中往往关注结构响应峰值的特点,将地下室在地震作用下的动态平衡方程简化为拟静力方程;然后根据拟静力方程推导出新的抗震设计方法.采用数值模型试验验证新方法的正确性并探究其计算精度.结果表明:由于反应谱法和反应位移法未考虑场地和地上结构的作用,其计算结果一般偏小,部分位置内力最大误差达到-95%,设计偏于危险;新方法综合两者的优点,其变形和内力误差能分别控制在5%和15%以内,是更加精确的建筑地下室抗震设计方法.To comprehensively consider the effects of the surrounding sites and the superstructures on the building basement in the seismic design,a new seismic design method for building basements is proposed.First,the effects of superstructures on the basements are simplified into seismic forces.Then,based on the dynamic equilibrium analysis and the characteristics of structural response peak concerned in the seismic design,the dynamic equilibrium equation of basement in an earthquake event is transformed into the pseudo-static equation,and a new aseismic design method is derived on the basis of the pseudo-static equation.Numerical model tests are used to verify the correctness of the method and analyze the calculation accuracy of the method.The results demonstrate that since the response spectrum method and the response displacement method cannot consider the effects of surrounding sites or superstructures,the calcuation results of the above two methods are generally small and the maximum errors of internal forces at some special positions reach95%,showing dangerous in designing.The new method combines the advantages of these two methods,and the deformation and the internal force errors can be controlled within 5%and 15%respectively,which is a more accurate method for the seismic design of building basements.
