摘 要:虽然通过工业机器人上下料实现数控铣削自动化生产在国内越来越普及,但是在数控车削加工过程中,由于人工干预程度高,自动化实现难度更大,成功的自动化生产线更为少见。以一条由1台工业机器人、10台数控车削机床和10套在机测量系统组成的自动化生产线为研究对象,通过研究在机测量系统在斜床身数控车床上的应用,创造性地将简单的测头测量功能拓展为多种检测手段,在刀具对刀、圆跳动检查、基准面找正等环节代替人工操作,从而实现了设备前不站人的高度自动化生产模式。Although the realization of NC milling automation by industrial robots loading and unloading was more and more popular in China.but in NC lathe machining,because the degree of manual intervention was high,the difficult of automation was hard,and the successful automatic production line was rare.Took an automatic production line composed of a industrial robot,10 NC lathes,and 10 sets of on machine measurement systemis taken as the research object,by studying the application of the on line measurement system in the slant bed NC lathe,the simple measuring function of the probe was creatively expanded into a variety of detection means,which could replace manual operation in tool setting,circle runout inspection and datum alignment.Thus,a highly automatic production mode without people standing in front of the equipment was realized.
