血红蛋白电泳在地中海贫血筛查中的运用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血红蛋白电泳在地中海贫血筛查中的运用与结果。方法选择我院2019年1—12月收治的200例接受地中海贫血筛查的患者,所有患者进行血红蛋白A(hemoglobin A,HbA)、血红蛋白A2(hemoglobin A2,HbA2)、血红蛋白F(hemoglobin F,HbF)的含量,分析检测结果。结果200例筛查患者中共检测出56例患者为地中海贫血患者,其中α地中海贫血20例(10.00%),β地中海贫血26例(13.00%),混合地中海贫血3例(1.50%),其他血红蛋白病7例(3.50%)。α地中海贫血患者HbA高于混合地中海贫血和其他血红蛋白病(P<0.05);β地中海贫血患者HbA2高于α地中海贫血、混合地中海贫血和其他血红蛋白病(P<0.05);混合地中海贫血患者HbF高于α地中海贫血、β地中海贫血和其他血红蛋白病(P<0.05)。结论血红蛋白电泳在地中海贫血筛查中的应用价值显著,可以根据Hb的含量对地中海贫血的疾病进行分类,并对重型地中海贫血患者的预防具有重要的意义。Objective To investigate the application and results of hemoglobin electrophoresis in thalassemia screening. Methods 200 patients who were screened for thalassemia in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected. The contents of HbA, HbA2 and HbF in all the patients were analyzed and the detection results were obtained. Results A total of 56 cases of thalassemia were detected in 200 patients, including 20 cases of Thalassemia(10.00%), 26 cases of thalassemia(13.00%), 3 cases of mixed Thalassemia(1.50%) and 7 cases of other haemoglobin diseases(3.50%). HbA in thalassaemia patients was higher than that in mixed thalassemia and other haemoglobin diseases(P < 0.05). Thalassemia patients had higher HbA2 than Thalassemia, mixed Thalassemia and other haemoglobin diseases(P < 0.05). Mixed thalassemia patients had higher HbF than Thalassemia, thalassemia and other haemoglobin diseases(P < 0.05). Conclusion Hemoglobin electrophoresis has significant application value in the screening of Thalassemia. It can be used to classify the diseases of thalassemia according to the content of Hb, and has important significance for the prevention of severe thalassemia.
