摘  要:目的研究风险管理在急诊护理质量管理中的运用可行性。方法根据随机数字表法将2018年11月—2019年10月本院接收的急诊患者83例分为两组,对照组40例实施传统管理模式,观察组43例实施风险管理。将两组的焦虑评分、依从性护理风险事件发生情况、护理质量评分、护理满意度进行比对。结果观察组患者干预后的焦虑评分低于对照组,依从性高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的急救不完善率不良事件、护理投诉等护理风险事件发生率均低于对照组,护理质量评分、护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊护理质量管理中应用风险管理的可行性较高,可缓解患者的焦虑情绪,提高依从性,能减少护理风险事件的发生,促进护理质量提升。Objective To study the feasibility of risk management in emergency nursing quality management.Methods According to the random number table method,83 cases of emergency patients received in our hospital from November 2018 to October 2019 were divided into two groups,40 cases in the control group were given traditional management mode,and 43 cases in the observation group were given risk management.Compare the anxiety scores,compliance nursing risk events,nursing quality scores,and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results The anxiety score of the observation group after intervention was lower than that of the control group,and the compliance was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of nursing risk events such as imperfect first aid rate and nursing complaints in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing quality score and nursing satisfaction score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of risk management in emergency care quality management is highly feasible,which can relieve patients'anxiety,improve compliance,reduce the occurrence of nursing risk events,and promote the improvement of nursing quality.
