芪苈强心胶囊对肿瘤性心包积液的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察芪苈强心胶囊对肿瘤患者心包积液的临床疗效.方法选取2016年6月—2018年12月苏州大学附属第二医院肿瘤科和心血管内科门诊及住院患者117例.随机分组为对照组58例和治疗组59例.对照组和治疗组均给予规范化抗肿瘤药物治疗及强心利尿治疗.治疗组在给予规范化药物治疗的基础上加用芪苈强心胶囊治疗4周.结果(1)治疗前,两组患者心包积液量、LVEF、血清NT-proBNP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)4周后治疗组患者心包积液量、LVEF、血清NT-proBNP水平低于治疗前(P<0.05).(3)两组患者治疗期间均未发生严重不良反应.结论芪苈强心胶囊对肿瘤患者心包积液有明显临床疗效.Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qili Qiangxin capsule on pericardial effusion in cancer patients.Methods From June 2016 to December 2018,117 outpatients and inpatients from oncology department and cardiology department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University were enrolled.58 patients in the control group and 59 patients in the treatment group.The control group was treated with standardized antineoplastic drugs,while the treatment group was treated with Qili Qiangxin capsule for 4 weeks on the basis of standardized antineoplastic drugs.Results(l)Before treatment,there was no significant difference in pericardial effusion volume,LVEF and serum NT-proBNP levels between the two groups(P>0.05);(2)After 4 weeks,the pericardial effusion volume,LVEF and serum NT-proBNP levels in the treatment group were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).(3)There were no serious adverse reactions during the treatment.Conclusion Qili Qiangxin capsule has good effect on pericardial effusion of cancer patients.
