摘　　要：目的初步了解上海市部分综合性医院临床医师对头晕/眩晕疾病的诊疗现状,为进一步的继续医学教育提供参考。方法对2019年8月参加上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院眩晕新进展及新技术国家级继续医学教育学习班的临床医师进行书面形式的问卷调查,并收集数据进行统计分析。结果神经内科医师有更高的头晕患者接诊的比例;被调查的部分临床医师在前庭功能检查的解读、前庭康复的实施以及后循环缺血性卒中的急性期治疗方面掌握程度偏低,低年资医师以及非神经内科医师尤甚。结论应进一步加强不同专业中青年医师在头晕/眩晕相关诊疗知识方面的培训。Objective To investigate current status regarding diagnosis and treatment of dizziness/vertigo among clinicians in some general hospitals in Shanghai,China,which could provide reference for further continuing medical education.Methods A self-designed questionnaire survey was conducted among the clinicians participating in a national continuing education course about the new progress and technology of vertigo related diseases in Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine in August 2019,and the data were collected for statistical analysis.Results Neurologists had a higher proportion of patients with dizziness/vertigo,the participated clinicians,especially junior doctors and non-neurologists,had a low level of knowledge about the comprehension of vestibular function test,the implementation of vestibular rehabilitation and the therapy in the acute stage of posterior circulation ischemic stroke.Conclusion It is necessary to enhance the training of junior doctors in different specialties on the knowledge of dizziness/vertigo.
