摘  要:目的探讨糖尿病早期周围神经病变(DPN)诊断中神经电生理检测的应用价值。方法选取我院2018年1月-2020年1月诊治的糖尿病早期周围神经病变患者36例,设置为研究组,并选取同期健康体检诊断无糖尿病早期周围神经病变患者36例,设置为对照组,全部患者接受神经电生理检测,比较两组患者运动神经传导速度、感觉神经传导速度、远端潜伏期。结果对照组在神经传导速度(NVC)中,正中神经、腓神经、尺神经的运动传导速度(MVC)、感觉传导速度(SCV)皆高于研究组,且数据对比差异具有统计学意义,P <0.05;对照组正中神经、腓神经、尺神经的远端潜伏期较研究组更短,且数据对比差异显著,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论神经电生理检测的应用能够通过患者运动、感觉神经传导速度、远端潜伏期的检测,评估糖尿病早期周围神经病变,能够为临床评估与诊断糖尿病早期周围神经病变提供参考依据。Objective To explore the value of electrophysiological detection in the diagnosis of early diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods 36 patients with early diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected from January 2018 to January 2020 in our hospital,set up as study group,and 36 patients without early diabetic peripheral neuropathy were diagnosed by health examination in the same period,set as control group,all patients received neurophysiological examination,and compared the motor nerve conduction velocity,sensory nerve conduction velocity and distal latency of the two groups.Results The motor conduction velocity(MVC)and sensory conduction velocity(SCV)of median nerve,common peroneal nerve and ulnar nerve in the control group were higher than those in the study group,and the data were statistically significant P<0.05.Distal latency solutions of median nerve,common peroneal nerve and ulnar nerve in the control group were shorter than those in the study group,and the data were significantly different,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of neuroel ectrophysiological detection can evaluate the early diabetic peripheral neuropathy through the detection of motor,sensory nerve conduction velocity,distal latency,and can provide reference for clinical evaluation and diagnosis of early diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
