摘 要:目的筛选复方薄荷脑-硼酸氧化锌散的最佳真空微波干燥工艺。方法采用L 18(36)正交实验,以复方薄荷脑-硼酸氧化锌散的干燥失重、薄荷脑含量为量化考察指标,优选最佳干燥工艺。结果优选的最佳真空微波干燥工艺为,干燥温度40℃,真空度0.7 MPa,干燥时间30 min,升温速度1℃/min,每盘物料平辅厚度约4 cm(即每盘物料装量约2 kg)。结论优选的最佳真空微波干燥工艺适用于复方薄荷脑-硼酸氧化锌散的干燥工序。OBJECTIVE To optimize the best vacuum microwave drying process of compound menthol-zinc oxide borate powder.METHODS Optimizing the best drying process according to quantitative inspection indexes of menthol content and dying loss of compound menthol-zinc oxide borate powder,adopt by orthogonal experiment L 18(36).RESULTS The best vacuum microwave drying process stand for the dry temperature was 40℃,the vacuum degree was 0.7 MPa,the drying time was 30 min,the rate of temperature increase was 1℃/min and the flat auxiliary thickness was 4 cm nearly each plate(2 kg load per plate similarly).CONCLUSION The best vacuum microwave drying process had optimized suit for dying of compound menthol-zinc oxide borate powder.
