对急诊危重症病人采用整体性急诊急救干预效果评价

摘　　要：目的:观察分析整体性急诊急救干预对急诊危重症病人抢救效率的相关影响。方法:选取某院在2018年1月~2019年10月收治的132例急诊危重症病人,按照数字随机表法分为对照组(未实施整体性急诊急救干预)和研究组(实施整体性急诊急救干预)各66例,分析两组平均治疗时间、平均分诊时间、平均检查时间、平均接诊时间、抢救成功率以及患者家属对护理工作人员的总满意率。结果:研究组平均治疗时间、平均分诊时间、平均检查时间、平均接诊时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组抢救成功率以及患者家属对护理工作人员的总满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:整体性急诊急救干预可显著提高急诊危重症病人的抢救效率和患者家属对护理工作人员的总满意率。Objective:To observe and analyze the influence of holistic emergency first aid intervention on the emergency rescue efficiency of critically ill patients.Methods:132 critically ill emergency patients admitted to a hospital(from January 2018 to October 2019)were selected and divided into control group(without holistic emergency first aid intervention)and study group(with holistic emergency first aid intervention)according to the numerical random table method,with 66 patients in each group.The average treatment time,the average triage time,the average examination time,the average reception time,the success rate of rescue and the total satisfaction rate of the nursing staff of the patients'family members were analyzed.Results:The average treatment time,the average triage time,the average examination time and the the average reception time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),the rescue success rate of the study group and the total satisfaction rate of the patients'families to the nursing staff were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Holistic emergency first aid intervention can significantly improve the emergency efficiency of critically ill patients and the overall satisfaction rate of patients'family members to nursing staff.
