摘 要:目的:通过Meta分析的方法评价抗生素对免疫检查点抑制剂治疗非小细胞肺癌(non-small lung cancer,NSCLC)疗效的影响。方法:检索Pubmed、Cochrane Library、EMbase、EBSCO循证医学数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国知网(CNKI)中收录的关于抗生素对免疫检查点抑制剂治疗NSCLC疗效影响的相关文献,采用RevMan 5.3软件对疗效进行Meta分析。结果:纳入14篇文献共2505例NSCLC患者,Meta分析结果显示,抗生素的应用可显著缩短免疫检查点抑制剂治疗NSCLC患者的PFS(HR=1.14,95%CI=1.04-1.26,P=0.005)和OS(HR=1.30,95%CI=1.14-1.47,P<0.0001)。结论:免疫检查点抑制剂治疗NSCLC之前、同步或之后应用抗生素可能显著缩短PFS和OS,对疗效有可能产生不利影响。Objective:To investigate the effects of antibiotics on the treatment efficacy of immune checkpoint inhibitors in NSCLC(non-small cell lung cancer)with Meta-analysis.Methods:Literatures regarding the effects of antibiotics on the treatment efficacy of immune checkpoint inhibitors in NSCLC were searched in Pubmed,Cochrane Library,Embase,EBSCO,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM)and Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI).RevMan 5.3 software was used in this Meta-analysis.Results:Fourteen articles involving 2505 NSCLC patients were included in this study.Meta-analysis showed that the application of antibiotics could significantly shorten the PFS(HR=1.14,95%CI=1.04-1.26,P=0.005)and OS(HR=1.30,95%CI=1.14-1.47,P<0.0001)of NSCLC patients treated with immune checkpoint inhibitors.Conclusion:Application of antibiotics before,concurrently or after immune checkpoint inhibitors in the treatment of NSCLC may significantly shorten PFS and OS,resulting in adverse effect on treatment efficacy.
