摘  要:1+X证书制度的实施对教师、教材、教法改革提出了新要求,教师能否根据《试点方案》要求进行教学改革,关系到1+X证书制度的实施效果。运用技术采纳与整合理论模型(UTAUT)对教师基于1+X证书制度的教学改革意愿进行分析发现,努力期望、外部动机、促成因素和社群影响对教师实施教学改革的意愿影响显著,而绩效期望对其影响不显著。根据实证分析的结果提出了对策建议。The 1+X certificate system has put forward new requirements for teachers, teaching materials, and teaching method reform. Whether teachers can carry out teaching reform according to the requirements of the Pilot Program is related to the implementation effect of the 1+X certificate system. By using the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology(UTAUT), this paper analyzes the teachers’ teaching reform willingness in 1+X certificate system, finding that effort expectations, external motivation, contributing factors, and community influence have significant effects on teachers’ willingness to implement teaching reforms, while performance expectations have no significant influence on it. This paper proposes measures and suggestions based on the results of empirical analysis.
