摘 要:利用多体动力学软件建立了直线电机地铁车辆动力学模型,采用Simpack和Simulink联合仿真的方法,考虑实际作用在车辆上的牵引力、制动力和电磁力,以工程实际需要为背景,对比分析了该地铁车辆将铸铁制动盘更换为铝基复合材料制动盘前后,在惰行、牵引、制动工况运行时的电机气隙、电机和轴箱振动以及各项动力学指标。研究结果表明:更换制动盘后对电机和轴箱的振动影响很小;车辆的非线性临界速度略有提高;平稳性和舒适度指标差异很小;更换制动盘前后车辆的轮轴横向力和脱轨系数差异很小;由于更换后的铝基复合材料制动盘质量小,减小了簧下质量,因此轮轨垂向力和轮重减载率有所改善。The dynamic model of a linear motor metro vehicle was established by using multi-body dynamics software. Using Simpack and Simulink co-simulation method and considering the actual traction force, braking force and electromagnetic force on the vehicle, based on the actual needs of the project, the air gap of motor, vibration of motor and axle box as well as various dynamic indexes during coasting, traction and braking of the metro vehicle before and after replacing the cast iron brake disc with the aluminum matrix composite brake disc were analyzed. The results showed that the vibration of the motor and axle box was little influenced by the change of the brake disc, the nonlinear critical speed of the vehicle was slightly increased, the stability and comfort index of the vehicle was little difference, and the lateral force and derailment coefficient of the vehicle were little different before and after the change of the brake disc;Due to the light weight of the replaced aluminum composite brake disc and the reduction of non-sprung mass, the wheel rail vertical force and wheel load reduction rate were improved.
