摘　　要：脑性瘫痪是导致儿童残疾的重要原因之一,如不早发现、早治疗,可致患儿终身残疾和寿命缩短。单纯西医治疗主要采用药物、康复运动疗法等,但治疗效果不理想。中医治疗中的针灸、推拿、中药等疗法辨证施治调整人体气血功能,以求达到阴阳平衡,弥补了西医康复训练的不足。近几年多种方法联合应用治疗小儿脑瘫取得显著疗效,可大大提高脑瘫患儿康复的可能性。该文拟整合近年来中西医对小儿脑瘫病因病机的认识及治疗方法并进行综述,希望能为临床诊疗提供新方向。Cerebral palsy is one of the important causes of disability in children.If not detected early and treated early,it can lead to lifelong disability and shortened life span.Western medicine treatment mainly uses drugs,rehabilitation exercise therapy,etc.,but the treatment effect is not satisfactory.Acupuncture,massage,traditional Chinese medicine and other therapies in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine regulate the Qi and blood functions of the human body in order to achieve the balance of Yin and Yang,and make up for the lack of rehabilitation training in Western medicine.In recent years,a variety of methods have been used to treat children with cerebral palsy and have achieved significant results,which can greatly improve the possibility of rehabilitation for children with cerebral palsy.This article intends to integrate the Chinese and Western medicine in recent years to understand the etiology,pathogenesis,and treatment methods of pediatric cerebral palsy,and to review them,hoping to provide a new direction for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
