摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎是一类慢性炎症复发性疾病,发病机制尚不明确。由于本病的发病率日益增加,病程较长、缠绵难愈,且致病因素及病理生理机制目前仍不明确,中医和西医对此都有各自的认识与诊疗方案,故该文通过查阅大量近年来国内外相关文献研究资料,就溃疡性结肠炎的流行病学、病理生理学基础、发病机制及中西医治疗等问题做一简要归纳论述,以期为本病探索出切实有效的临床诊疗方案,并就中西医研究现状与未来发展方向进行思考与展望。Ulcerative colitis is a type of chronic inflammatory and recurrent disease,and its pathogenesis is not yet clear.As the incidence of this disease is increasing,the course of disease is long,and it is difficult to heal,and the pathogenic factors and pathophysiological mechanisms are still unclear.Both Chinese medicine and Western medicine have their own understanding and diagnosis and treatment plans for this.Come to the relevant literature research materials at home and abroad to make a brief summary of the epidemiology,pathophysiology,pathogenesis and traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of ulcerative colitis,in order to explore effective and effective clinical diagnosis and treatment programs for this disease,and thinking and prospecting of the current status and future development direction of Chinese and Western medicine research.
