摘　　要：大柴胡汤源于《伤寒杂病论》中小柴胡汤,临床应用广泛,涉及消化、呼吸、心血管、内分泌、泌尿等多系统疾病。在消化系统疾病治疗中,大柴胡汤涉及急性胰腺炎、胃食管反流病、胆汁反流性胃炎、粘连性肠梗阻、急性阑尾炎、功能性消化不良以及肝胆疾病,如脂肪肝、肝炎、原发性肝癌、急性胆囊炎、胆道结石等多个方面。该文综述了近年来大柴胡汤的临床应用新进展,旨在深度探索其治疗消化系统疾病的作用机制,并未来将本方合理应用于消化系统疾病提供新思路。Dachaihu Decoction(大柴胡汤),originated from Xiaochaihu Decoction(小柴胡汤)in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases,has a wide range of clinical applications,involving digestive,respiratory,cardiovascular,endocrine,urinary and other multi-system diseases.In the treatment of digestive system diseases,Dachaihu Decoction involves acute pancreatitis,gastroesophageal reflux disease,bile reflux gastritis,adhesive intestinal obstruction,acute appendicitis,functional dyspepsia and hepatobiliary diseases,such as fatty liver,hepatitis,primary liver cancer,acute cholecystitis,cholelithiasis and so on.This paper reviews the new progress of clinical application of Dachaihu Decoction in recent years,aiming to explore its mechanism of action in the treatment of digestive system diseases,and to provide new ideas for the later rational application of this prescription in digestive system diseases.
