摘  要:以A柱上内板零件为例,研究零件几何结构对成形后扭转回弹的影响规律。根据零件设计流程,将A柱上内板分为横截面和纵轴线,分别以横截面和纵轴线的结构参数为变量、以扭转回弹为响应建立响应面模型,分析各结构参数对扭转回弹的影响规律。结果表明,横截面中的直线1、直线3、角度2和角度4对扭转回弹具有显著影响。随着直线1和角度2的增大,扭转回弹值不断增大;随着直线2的增大,扭转回弹值先减小、后增大;随着角度4的增大,扭转回弹值先增大、后减小,且获得的最大扭转回弹值为0.215、最小扭转回弹值为0.050。纵轴线中,随着总长、弧直比的增大和半径的减小,扭转回弹值不断增大,且获得的最大扭转回弹值为0.199、最小扭转回弹值为0.073。For A-pillar upper inner plate part,the influence law of geometric structure of part on the twist springback after forming was studied. Then,according to the design process of part,the A-pillar upper inner plate was divided into cross-section and longitudinal axis,and taking the structural parameters of cross-section and longitudinal axis as variables and the twist springback as the response,the response surface model was established to analyze the influences of various structural parameters on the twist springback. The results show that the straight line 1,straight line 3,angle 2 and angle 4 in the cross section have a significant effect on the twist springback,the twist springback increases with the increasing of the straight line1 and angle 2,the twist springback decreases first and then increases as the straight line 2 increases,the twist springback increases first and then decreases as the angle 4 increases,and the maximum and minimum values of twist springback are 0. 215 and 0. 050 respectively. In addition,the twist springback increases continuously with the increasing of the total length and the ratio of arc to straight line and the decreasing of radius in the longitudinal axis,and maximum and minimum values of twist springback are 0. 199 and 0. 073 respectively.
