自拟清肝利湿汤对宫颈癌患者免疫功能及CA125、SCCA、CEA的影响

摘　　要：目的探究自拟清肝利湿汤对宫颈癌患者免疫功能及CA125、SCCA、CEA的影响。方法选取2018年4月—2019年8月收治的85例宫颈癌患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(42例)和试验组(43例)。对照组采用紫杉醇注射液进行化疗,试验组则在对照组的基础上联合自拟清肝利湿汤治疗,21 d为一个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。比较2组患者治疗后的临床疗效;比较2组患者治疗前后免疫功能指标外周血CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)与血清肿瘤标志物CA125、SCCA、CEA水平。结果治疗后试验组患者总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的76.19%;与治疗前相比,治疗后2组患者血清肿瘤标志物CA125、SCCA、CEA水平均降低,且试验组低于对照组,外周血CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均升高,且试验组高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论自拟清肝利湿汤可显著改善宫颈癌患者免疫功能和血清肿瘤标志物CA125、SCCA、CEA水平,提升治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effect of self-designed Qinggan Liquin decoction on immune function,CA125,SCCA and CEA in patients with cervical cancer.Methods A total of 85 patients with cervical cancer admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to August 2019 were selected,and divided into the control group(n=42)and the treatment group(n=43)according to the random number table method.The control group received chemotherapy with paclitaxel injection.The treatment group was combined with self-designed Qinggan Liquin decoction on the basis of the control group.21 days was one course of treatment and a total of two courses of treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared after treatment.Changes in the levels of the immune function indicators CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the peripheral blood and the serum tumor markers CA125,SCCA and CEA were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 95.35%in the treatment group,which was higher than 76.19%in the control group.Compared with before treatment,the levels of the serum tumor markers CA125,SCCA and CEA decreased in both groups,and the treatment group was lower than the control group.The level of the Immune function indicators CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the peripheral blood in both groups increased,and the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-designed Qinggan Liquin decoction can significantly improve the immune function indicators and serum tumor markers CA125,SCCA and CEA in patients with cervical cancer,and enhance the therapeutic effect.
