摘  要:在铣削加工过程中,合理选择工艺参数范围对控制表面粗糙度方面有重要作用,与零件性能密切相关。为了研究铣削工艺参数对表面粗糙度的影响,得到工艺参数的稳定域,基于响应曲面法建立了表面粗糙度Ra的二阶回归模型,利用多参数全局相对灵敏度分析确定了Ra对铣削工艺参数的敏感程度,通过单参数局部灵敏度分析研究了Ra对单参数区间的灵敏度,根据灵敏度曲线划分了稳定范围和不稳定范围,经分析后明确了工艺参数的稳定域。结果表明,铣削工艺参数的稳定域为:主轴转速[7 000 r/min,8 000 r/min],进给速度[100 mm/min,200 mm/min],轴向切深[0.03 mm,0.05 mm]和径向切深[0.1 mm,0.2 mm],并验证了稳定域的可靠性。In the milling process,the reasonable selection of the process parameter range plays an important role in controlling the surface roughness,which is closely related to the performance of parts.In order to study the influence of milling process parameters on surface roughness and obtain the stability region of process parameters,a second-order regression model of surface roughness Ra was established based on the response surface methodology.The multi-parameter global relative sensitivity analysis was used to determine the sensitivity of Ra to milling process parameters,and the sensitivity of Ra to single parameter intervals was studied through single parameter local sensitivity analysis.The stable range and unstable range were divided according to the sensitivity curve.After analysis,the stable range of process parameters was clarified.The results show that the stable range of milling process parameters is:spindle speed[7000 r/min,8000 r/min],feed speed[100 mm/min,200 mm/min],axial cutting depth[0.03 mm,0.05 mm]and radial cutting depth[0.1 mm,0.2 mm],and the reliability of the stability domain are verified.
