摘　　要：宫颈癌是女性生殖系统常见恶性肿瘤之一,妊娠合并宫颈癌的发病率较低,其症状易与妊娠期疾病混淆,妇科肿瘤相关检查也因妊娠状态受到限制,临床误诊或漏诊率较高。本文从流行病学、临床表现、筛查与诊断、治疗和分娩方面对妊娠合并宫颈癌的诊疗进展进行综述。Cervical cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the female reproductive system.The incidence of pregnancy combined with cervical cancer is low,and its symptoms are easily confused with pregnancy diseases.The examination of gynecological tumors is also limited by pregnancy situation,and the rate of misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis is high.This paper reviews the progress of diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer in pregnancy from the aspects of epidemiology,clinical manifestations,screening and diagnosis,treatment and delivery.
