教育国际化背景下高职ESP教学创新与实践研究——以酒店英语课程为例

摘　　要：高职ESP(专门用途英语)教学创新与实践主要体现在教材建设、教学设计、评价体系三个方面。以酒店英语课程为例,在教材建设上,应新编实践性、趣味性较强的教材;在教学设计上,应将内容教学法与项目教学法相结合,利用各种教育资源,鼓励学生交互学习和自主学习;在评价体系方面,应构建一个由教师与学生共同参与、结果评价与过程评价相结合的多元评价体系。Taking Hotel English as an example,the construction of ESP teaching mode is mainly embodied in three aspects:textbook construction,teaching design and evaluation system.In the construction of teaching materials,new practical and interesting textbooks are compiled;in terms of teaching design,ESP combines content-based teaching method with project-based teaching method,and uses various educational resources to encourage students to carry out interactive learning and autonomous learning;and in terms of evaluation system,it constructs a perfect multi-evaluation system which combines results evaluation with process evaluation,involving both teachers and students.
