摘 要:目的调查规范化培训护士(规培护士)评判性思维能力现状,并分析其影响因素,为规培护士继续教育提供可参考的依据。方法采用一般资料调查表及评判性思维倾向性量表-中文版(CTDICV)对成都市两所三甲医院156名规培护士进行横断面调查。结果规培护士评判性思维能力总分为(283.87±32.51)分,具有正性评判性思维特质79人(50.64%),具有很强的正性评判性思维特质5人(3.21%);得分最高维度为求知欲,得分最低维度为寻求真理性。受教育程度、参加院内培训是其影响因素(P<0.05)。结论规范化培训护士评判性思维能力总体表现为正性,受教育程度、参加院内评判性思维培训是其影响因素,提示护理管理者应增加相应课程,通过多种途径提高其评判性思维能力。Objective To investigate the status of standardized training nurses’critical thinking ability,analyze the influencing factor.Methods General questionnaire and CTDI-CV was used,a cross-sectional survey was conducted on 156 nurses in Chengdu.Results Total score was(283.87±32.51)points,79(50.64%)of them had positive trait,5(3.21%)had strong positive critical thinking;the highest scoring dimension was intellectual curiosity,the lowest dimension was the search for truth.Education level and school training were the influencing factors.Conclusion The standardized training of nurses’critical thinking ability is generally positive.suggesting managers should add corresponding courses and improve critical thinking through various ways.
