腹腔镜住院医师培训方式及效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜住院医师培训方法及效果。方法选择2017年5月—2019年5月我院70名住院医师作为研究对象,将其依据随机分组法分为观察组和对照组,对照组采取传统培训方法,观察组采取腹腔镜系统化培训,对比两组住院医师的考试成绩以及培训效果。结果观察组住院医师的考试总成绩、腹腔镜器械使用方法掌握成绩以及相关疾病腹腔镜围术期处理方法成绩均要显著比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组住院医师的手术过程和疾病诊断知识掌握度要显著比对照组优异(P<0.05)。结论为住院医师进行腹腔镜系统化培训能够获得显著效果,可明显提高住院医师对腹腔镜技术的掌握度与实践操作能力。Objective To explore the methods and effects of laparoscopic resident training.Methods From May 2017 to May 2019,70 residents in our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random grouping method.The control group adopted the traditional training method,In the observation group,laparoscopic systematic training was used to compare the examination results and training effects of residents in the two groups.Results The total examination scores of residents,the mastery scores of laparoscopic instruments and the perioperative treatment scores of related diseases in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the mastery of surgical process and disease diagnosis knowledge in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The systematic training of laparoscopy for residents can obtain remarkable effect,improve the mastery of laparoscopic technology and practical operation ability of residents.
