摘　　要：近些年,我国逐渐重视医学生临床思维能力的培养,尤其是专业学位研究生,但由于目前规范化培训仍然处于初级阶段,尚未形成系统化培训体系,同时教育机制尚未得到完善,在社会需求前提下对神经外科研究生培养模式的积极探索具有重要意义。对目前医院神经外科培养模式中存在的问题进行总结,在注重临床思维与创新精神培养的原则下提出相应改革措施,将研究生教育与医院规范化培训相结合,强调思想教育的重要性,使神经外科专业学位研究生能够养成良好医德,再加强专业理论知识与临床实践技能方面的培训,使其科研创新能力得到有效提高,以促进我院神经外科研究生整体素质的提高,确保规范化培养质量。In recent years,China has gradually attached great importance to the cultivation of clinical thinking ability of medical students,especially the graduate students with professional degrees.However,due to the current standardized training is still in the primary stage,there is no systematic training system,and the education mechanism has not been improved,so it is great significance to actively explore the training mode of Neurosurgery graduate students on the premise of social needs.This paper summarizes the problems existing in the neurosurgery training mode in our hospital,puts forward the corresponding reform measures under the principle of focusing on clinical thinking and innovative spirit training,combines postgraduate education with standardized hospital training,emphasizes the importance of ideological education,enables graduate students with neurosurgery degree to develop good medical ethics,and then strengthens professional theoretical knowledge and clinical practice technology The ability training can effectively improve the ability of scientific research and innovation,promote the overall quality of Neurosurgery graduate students in our hospital,and ensure the standardized training quality.
