摘 要:住院医师规范化培训是目前毕业后继续医学教育重要的一步,旨在提高初级职称医师的综合素质,使其在结业前达到主治医师的水平。儿外科起步晚,尚未普及,仅限于大型三甲医院,资源少,在医师培养方面面临众多难题,如何才能提高住院医师规范化培训的教学质量,最终实现培训结果同质化的目标,需要多元化的探索。所在科室从三个方面紧抓教学:(1)重视教师的作用,统一制定教学计划、目标、考核标准,同时定期培训教师,使教师专业知识不断更新,专业技能逐步提高。(2)重视学生管理,学生的身心健康都需要重视,调动学生的积极性,使其主动学习。(3)最重要的是应用多元的教学方法和新媒介:情景教学是教学过程经常用的,利于学生培养临床思维;合理应用3D打印技术,3D打印在展现解剖时更加立体直观,使得枯燥的解剖变得浅显易懂,可以提高教学效率,提升教学质量;借助智能手机在提高理论教学的同时还可以指导实际手术中的技能操作。智能手机有影像采集的功能,且不限时间地点,而且可以反复回放,发现存在的问题及时更正。总体就是尽可能利用现有的能够提高教学的各种媒介和手段。(4)建立系统化的监督机制,有助于提升教学质量。The standardized training of resident doctors is an important step in continuing medical education after graduation,which aims to improve the comprehensive quality of junior professional doctors and make them reach the level of attending doctors before graduation.Children’s surgery started late,has not been popularized,is limited to large third class a hospitals,has few resources,faces many difficult problems in doctor training,how to improve the teaching quality of resident standardized training,and finally realize the goal of homogenization of training results.We need diversified exploration.We close attention to teaching from three aspects:(1)Pay attention to the role of teachers,unified formulation of teaching plans,objectives and assessment standards,at the same time regular training of teachers,so that teachers’professional knowledge is constantly updated,professional skills are gradually improved.(2)Attention should be paid to student management,students’physical and mental health should be paid attention to,arouse students’enthusiasm and make them study actively.(3)Most important is the application of multiple teaching methods and new media:situational teaching is often used in the teaching process,which is helpful for students to cultivate clinical thinking;the rational application of 3 D printing technology is more stereoscopic and intuitive when displaying anatomy.Smart phone has the function of image acquisition,and does not limit the time and place,and can be replayed repeatedly,and the existing problems can be corrected in time.Overall,the use of existing media and means to improve teaching is as much as possible.(4)establishing systematic supervision mechanism is helpful to improve teaching quality.
