摘  要:目的探究认知干预的健康教育对肝胆外科经皮肝胆管穿刺引流术术后护理效果的影响。方法选取2016年10月—2019年10月期间我院收治的72例经皮肝胆管穿刺引流术治疗患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(36例)和观察组(36例),对照组开展常规健康教育,观察组开展认知干预的健康教育,比较两组患者对疾病和手术相关知识了解程度、术后并发症发生率以及护理满意度。结果观察组患者对疾病、手术相关知识了解程度和护理满意度高于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经皮肝胆管穿刺引流术患者的护理中实施认知干预的健康教育可以有效增强其对疾病和手术相关知识的了解,提升护理满意度,降低并发症风险。Objective To evaluate the effect of health education of cognitive intervention on postoperative nursing after percutaneous hepatobiliary puncture and drainage in hepatobiliary surgery.Methods From October 2016 to October 2019,72 patients were treated with percutaneous hepatobiliary duct puncture and drainage,the control group received routine health education,and the observation group received health education with cognitive intervention.Results The understanding degree and nursing satisfaction of disease and operation related knowledge in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education of cognitive intervention in the nursing of patients undergoing percutaneous hepatobiliary duct puncture and drainage can effectively enhance their understanding of knowledge related to disease and surgery,improve nursing satisfaction,and reduce the risk of complications.
