摘　　要：从新形势下人才培养的外部环境要求和专业建设的内部驱动因素出发,提出了以创新型工业设计人才培养为目的的产业学院建设方案,并以两个成功的创新设计产业学院为例,详细介绍了产业学院建设的实践内容和取得的成果,以及在产业学院的建设理念、模式、制度、教学内容和教学形式等方面的创新实践,为进一步深化创新型人才的培养做出了积极和有益的探索。Based on the external environmental requirements and the internal driving force of education program construction in the new circumstances,the plans and measures for the construction of industrial colleges for cultivating innovative design talents were proposed.Two successful innovation design industrial colleges were taken as examples,the content and achievements of construction practice were introduced in detail.The innovative practice of idea,pattern,organization,teaching content and methods of industrial college were carried out,in which positive and useful exploration were conducted for the further education of innovative talents.
