摘 要:非均相复合驱油技术是一种新型驱油技术,该驱油体系利用黏弹性颗粒驱油剂B–PPG的驱替性能,与聚合物复配之后扩大波及能力,叠加表面活性剂超低界面张力带来的洗油能力,从而获得最佳的驱油效果。本文针对胜利海上油田非均相复合驱,开展了I型、II型、III型三种型号B–PPG非均相复合体系通过低剪切滤砂管性能的实验。结果表明,I型B–PPG非均相复合体系在通过滤砂管时,未发生堵塞,黏度保留率和粒度保留率良好;II型B–PPG非均相复合体系通过滤砂管时,在高排量条件下黏度有一定的损失;III型B–PPG非均相复合体系在高排量条件下存在较大的堵塞风险,且黏度损失较大。Heterogeneous compound flooding technology is a new type of oil displacement technology,the displacement system of which uses the displacement performance of branched preformed particle gel(B-PPG),which is compounded with polymer to expand sweep ability and superimpose the oil washing ability brought by ultra-low interfacial tension of surfactant,so as to obtain the best oil displacement effect.In this paper,three types of B-PPG heterogeneous compound flooding system were tested by the low shear sand screen.The results indicated that the type I B-PPG heterogeneous compound system has no clogging when passing through the sand screen,and the viscosity retention rate and particle size retention rate are good.When type II B-PPG heterogeneous compound system passes through the sand screen,the viscosity has a certain loss under the condition of high displacement.While type III B-PPG heterogeneous compound system has higher plugging risk and viscosity loss under high displacement conditions.
