衢州地区老年人科学营养知信行状况抽样调查与对策研究

摘　　要：目的:了解衢州地区老年人科学营养知信行状况。方法:整群随机抽样法选取428名老年人,就保健科学营养知识模块7项、态度模块7项、行为模块2项内容进行调查。对比城乡间、慢病者与无慢病者间、不同性别间差异。结果:科学营养知识正确率46.3%,在食疗、保健食品、心理状况是保健养生重要内容、保健品可用来治疗疾病、会了解保健食品成份功效5项,城乡间有差异(P<0.05)。在保健养生重要内容、可用来治疗疾病和身体好了就不需要保健食品3项,慢病组与无慢病组间有差异(P<0.05)。科学营养态度正确率33.4%,在购买保健产品会注重产品成份、质量、价格、包装和注重广告及促销5项,城乡间有差异(P<0.05)。科学营养行为方面,城乡间、慢病与无慢病间均无统计学差异。不同性别间在3大模块差异均无统计学意义。结论:老年人科学营养认知水平低,行为能力不足,存在误区,要加强宣传、教育。[Objective]To investigate the knowledge,attitude and practice of scientific nutrition among the elderly in Quzhou area.[Method]428 elderly people were selected by cluster random sampling method.7 items of nutrition knowledge module,7 items of attitude module and 2 items of behavior module were investigated.The differences between urban and rural areas,between people with chronic disease and those without chronic disease,and between different genders were compared.[Result]The correct rate of scientific nutrition knowledge of the elderly in Quzhou area was 46.3%.There are differences between urban and rural areas in five aspects:whether diet therapy,health foods,and psychological conditions are important content of health care,whether health products can be used to treat diseases,and whether they can understand the efficacy of health food ingredients(P<0.05).There are differences between the chronic disease group and the non-chronic disease group in three aspects:whether it can be used to treat diseases and whether it can be used to treat diseases and health food is not needed when the health is good(P<0.05).The correct rate of scientific nutrition attitude of the elderly in Quzhou area is 33.4%.There are differences between urban and rural areas(P<0.05)in the five aspects of purchasing health care products that pay attention to product ingredients,quality,price,packaging,and pay attention to advertising and promotion(P<0.05).In terms of scientific nutrition behavior,there was no statistical difference between urban and rural areas,chronic disease and no chronic disease.There were no statistically significant differences in the three modules between different genders.[Conclusion]The elderly have low levels of scientific nutrition awareness,insufficient behavioral abilities,and misunderstandings.Publicity and education should be strengthened.
