民族地区高校图书馆地方特色资源建设的思考--以河池学院图书馆为例

摘　　要：民族地区高校图书馆地方特色资源建设在一定程度上关系到图书馆的生存与发展问题,意义非常重大,形势紧迫。但目前其建设现状又不容乐观,高校图书馆应该在学校顶层设计、人才队伍培养、争取地方政府和社会力量支持、推进自建数据库等方面加大力度,为高校图书馆在未来竞争中赢得一席之地。The building of information reserves with local characteristics is,to some extent,a pressing issue critical to the survival and development of university libraries in ethnic minority areas.However,the current situation may pose some challenges.Therefore,for a university library to have an edge on the future competition,it is suggested that greater efforts be made to improve the university’s top-level design,to develop human resources,to win the support of the local government and the public,and to optimize the self-built data bases.
