摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情背景下,大规模的在线教学引起了国内各界对网络课程教学质量保障的重视,因而建构一套通用的网络课程教学质量评价指标体系则显得尤为重要。美国OLC网络课程教学质量评价指标体系对此提供了科学样板。通过分析基本框架,发现其具有三大特征:评价模式基于OBE理念,评价目标融入无障碍导向,评价内容强调交互式参与。美国OLC的实践经验对我国网络课程教学评价标准体系构建的启示为:构建基于OBE理念的评价模式,确立包容性价值导向的评价目标,关注沉浸式学习的评价内容。Under the background of COVID-19 epidemic,the exponential growth of online teaching has aroused the attention of all circles to the quality assurance of online course teaching. It is particularly important to construct a set of general evaluation index system for online course teaching quality. The teaching quality evaluation index system of American OLC network course provides a scientific model. Through the analysis of the basic framework,the United States found that it has three characteristics:the evaluation mode is based on the concept of OBE,the evaluation objective is integrated with accessibility orientation,and the evaluation content emphasizes interactive participation. The practical experience of American OLC can enlighten the construction of an evaluation standard system of online course teaching in China as follows:constructing evaluation model based on OBE concept,establishing evaluation goal of inclusive value orientation,and paying attention to evaluation content of immersive learning.
