摘　　要：自20世纪初以来,多元文化作为一种思想或理论在人类学、历史研究、文化批评等多个领域得到了不同程度的关注和研究。随着全球化进程中民族矛盾的激化,多元文化的概念及思想内容也在不断地充实和完善,使得其思想越出书斋,在国家政策的制定以及民族文化和教育改革等方面起到了一定的实践指导作用。本文通过音乐人类学多元文化理念、多元文化理念对中国音乐教育的影响、多元文化理念下中国音乐教育存在问题及发展前景三个部分,探讨了音乐人类学多元文化理念中的音乐教育功能及其中国实践。Since the beginning of the 20 th century,multiculturalism as an ideology and theory has received a wide attention in many fields such as anthropology,historical studies,and cultural criticism.With the intensification of ethnic conflicts in the process of globalization,multicultural concepts and theory have been continuously enriched and improved,making it to play a more practical role in the formulation of national policies including the reform of culture and education.This paper explores the educational function of multicultural concepts in music anthropology and its Chinese experiences by discusssing its varied theories and influence,challenges and prospects on Chinese music education.
