摘　　要：胰十二指肠同源异型基因1(PDX1)又称为胰岛素促进因子1,是胚胎消化道发育分化和维持胰岛功能的关键转录因子。尽管目前国内外关于PDX1的研究主要集中于糖尿病,但事实上越来越多的研究发现,PDX1与恶性肿瘤密切相关,如:促进胰腺癌细胞的增殖并抑制凋亡,加快前列腺癌的发生发展,抑制胃癌的增殖转移等。在不同肿瘤甚至同一肿瘤不同阶段PDX1扮演不同的角色,在肿瘤诊断、治疗、监测预后等方面具有重要价值。本文从PDX1作为恶性肿瘤的治疗靶点、诊断标志物及预后监测指标等方面综述其最新研究进展。Pancreatic duodenal homeobox 1(PDX1),also known as insulin promoting factor 1,is a key transcription factor in the development and differentiation of embryonic digestive tract and the maintenance of islet function.Although the current research on PDX1 at home and abroad is mainly focused on diabetes,in fact,more and more studies have found that PDX1 is closely related to malignant tumors.It promotes the proliferation of pancreatic cancer,inhibits apoptosis,accelerates the occurrence and development of prostate cancer,and inhibits the proliferation and metastasis of gastric cancer.It plays different roles in different tumors and even different stages of the same tumor,and plays an important role in clinical diagnosis,treatment and prognosis monitoring.This article reviews the latest progress of PDX1 as a therapeutic target,diagnostic marker and prognostic monitoring index for malignant tumors.
