摘　　要：目的:探讨幽门螺旋杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)对老年人血脂的影响及临床意义。方法:测定62例老年患者Hp根除前后其血脂水平,对其数据进行分析。结果:患者根除Hp前的高密度脂蛋白(high-density lipoprotein,HDL)为(1.16±0.26)mmol/L,低密度脂蛋白(low-density lipoprotein,LDL)为(3.11±0.25)mmol/L,三酰甘油(triglyceride,TG)为(1.85±0.31)mmol/L,总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)为(4.44±0.33)mmol/L,根除Hp后的HDL为(1.24±0.20)mmol/L,LDL为(2.95±0.26)mmol/L,TG为(1.83±0.30)mmol/L,TC为(4.42±0.31)mmol/L。Hp感染者有较高的HDL水平(P=0.021)和较低的LDL水平(P=0.001),而TG和TC差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:通过研究发现,根除HP可降低老年患者LDL的水平,增加HDL的水平,降低LDL/HDL比值,改善血脂水平,从而改善动脉粥样硬化,降低心血管事件的发生。Objective To investigate the effect of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)on blood lipids in the elderly and its clinical significance.Method The changes of blood lipids in 62 old patients with Hp infection before and after eradication of Hp were retrospectively analyzed.Results High-density lipoprotein[(1.16±0.26)mmol/L vs(1.24±0.20)mmol/L]and low density lipoprotein[(3.11±0.25)mmol/L vs(2.95±0.26)mmol/L]levels were significantly better after Hp eradication than before treatment(P<0.05),while there were no statistically significant differences in triglyceride[(1.85±0.31)mmol/L vs(1.83±0.30)mmol/L]and total cholesterol[(4.44±0.33)mmol/L vs(4.42±0.31)mmol/L]levels after Hp eradication(P>0.05).Conclusion Through the study found that eradication of Hp can reduce the level of LDL,increase the level of HDL,reduce the ratio of LDL/HDL,improve the level of blood lipid,thus improving atherosclerosis and reducing the occurrence of cardiovascular events.
