论周方的农村教育思想

摘  要:周方是民国时期湖南的平民教育家。由于受近代教育救国思想的熏陶、平民教育运动的鼓舞以及乡村教育衰落的刺激,周方把目光投向农村,把平民教育的对象放在农民身上,提出了对农民进行实用技术教育、谋生能力教育、爱国主义教育等教育思想。周方的农村教育思想启示当今社会:农村教育要因地制宜、满足农民需要和服务于乡村振兴战略。周方的农村教育思想内涵丰富,他通过实践留下一笔丰厚的农村教育遗产,为乡村振兴战略提供了有益的历史借鉴和智力支持。Zhou Fang was an educator during the period of the Republic of China in Hunan province.Due to the influence of idea of saving nation by education in modern age,inspiration of the mass education movement and stimulation of the decline of education in rural areas,Zhou Fang paid more attention to the countryside district and put the object of mass education on peasants.He proposed to carry vocational education,earning power education and patriotic education to peasants.Zhou Fang′s earning power education and patriotic education have profound connotation and have important reference value for today.His thought of rural education gives us revelations that the rural education should suit measures to local conditions,meet the needs of peasants and serve to the strategy of rejuvenating the country.
