摘  要:为了优化新能源汽车多蒸发器系统电子膨胀阀控制策略,文章通过搭建车用三蒸发器并联制冷系统,在实车空调试验台上研究了电子膨胀阀的稳态与动态响应,并在模糊PI控制策略基础上提出了全新的能量前馈算法、膨胀阀维持策略和分段模糊PI控制策略。优化后,系统启动过程中的最小过热度为3℃,完全消除启动无过热阶段;当乘客舱设定变化时,开度波动下降50%,过热度波动下降3℃。稳定阶段有效消除单电池冷却时的系统波动,实现稳定控制。To optimize the electronic expansion valve(EXV)control strategy in multi-evaporator system of new energy vehicle,a three-evaporator system is built.The steady and dynamic response of EXV are studied on the vehicle air conditioning performance test bench.Based on the fuzzy PI control strategy,a new energy-feedforward-algorithm,an expansion-valve-maintenance-strategy and a piecewise-fuzzy-PI-control-strategy are proposed.The results show that the minimum superheat is 3℃.in the start-up process,and non-overheating stage is completely eliminated;when the passenger setting changes,the EXV opening fluctuation decreases by 50%,and the superheat fluctuation decreases by 3℃.In the stable stage,the system fluctuation during the single battery cooling is effectively eliminated,and the stable control is realized.
