摘　　要：按照新工科高校建设标准与卓越工程师教育对实践创新人才培养要求,依托采矿工程学科特色与优势,通过整合、优化与新建教学实验室,发展实验教学师资队伍,构建实验教学新体系,完善实验教学体制机制,全面建设并建成采矿工程实验教学示范中心。示范中心的建设,促使实践教学条件有效改善、学生实践创新能力明显提升、采矿工程专业与课程建设快速发展、教师科研创新水平得到提高,综合成效显著,对西部地方高校实验教学示范中心建设具有一定借鉴意义。According to the new engineering construction standard of universities and the outstanding engineers education practice innovation personnel training requirements,relying on mining engineering discipline characteristic and the superiority,we integrate and optimize new experimental teaching laboratory.The experimental teaching faculty is developed,a new experiment teaching system is built.It perfects experimental teaching systems and mechanisms,and construction of comprehensive experimental teaching demonstration center.The construction of demonstration center promotes the effective improvement of practical teaching conditions,obviously enhances students’practical innovation ability,promotes rapid development of mining engineering specialty and curriculum construction,and improves teachers’scientific research innovation level.The comprehensive results are remarkable,and it has certain reference significance for the construction of experimental teaching demonstration center in local universities in western China.
