全方位提高植物保护专业实习管理效果探讨

摘　　要：为了进一步提高植物保护专业实习管理效果,对西南大学植物保护专业本科生近三年专业实习管理和实习效果进行了调查。存在的主要问题是实习单位单一,实习过程管理缺乏全面性和系统性,实习考核评价机制不健全。提出了相应解决措施,包括加强实习单位合作建设,丰富学生实习内容;改进实习制度保障机制;改进过程管理及完善实习评价考核程序;重视实习效果反馈。In order to further improve the effect of plant protection practice management,this paper investigates the effect of plant protection undergraduate practice management and practice in the past three years.The main problems are the single practice unit,the lack of comprehensiveness and systematization of practice process management,and the imperfect evaluation mechanism of practice assessment.The corresponding solutions are put forward,including strengthening the cooperative con⁃struction of practice units,enriching students'practice content,improving the guarantee mechanism of practice system,improv⁃ing process management and perfecting the evaluation and assessment procedure of practice,and paying attention to the feed⁃back of practice effect.
