摘　　要：目的:探讨治疗前血清胆固醇水平对宫颈癌患者预后的影响。方法:回顾分析2016年1月1日至2016年12月31日四川省肿瘤医院妇科肿瘤中心收治的277例宫颈癌患者的临床病理资料和随访记录。绘制ROC曲线,评价治疗前血清胆固醇对患者预后的预测效果。分析患者临床病理资料与血清胆固醇水平的关系。应用Kaplan-Meier法绘制生存曲线,建立Cox比例风险模型分析患者预后影响因素。结果:血清胆固醇水平预测DFS、OS的临界值分别为4.875mmol/L、4.605mmol/L。Cox比例风险模型单因素及多因素分析显示,治疗前血清胆固醇水平是影响宫颈癌患者DFS及OS的危险因素。结论:治疗前血清胆固醇水平可作为宫颈癌患者预后风险评价指标。Objective:To investigate the influence of cholesterol level on the prognosis of cervical cancer patients before treatment.Methods:277 cervical cancer patients admitted to our center on January 1st,2016 and December 31st,2016 were selected.The clinicopathological data and follow-up records were retrospectively analyzed.ROC curve was drawn to evaluate the predictive effect of serum cholesterol on the prognosis of patients before treatment.The relationship between clinicopathological data and serum cholesterol level was analyzed.Kaplan-Meier method was used to draw the survival curve and Cox proportional hazard model was established to analyze the prognostic factors.Results:The critical values of cholesterol prediction DFS and OS were 4.875mmol/L and 4.605mmol/L,respectively.Univariate and multivariate analysis by Cox proportional hazard model showed that serum cholesterol level before treatment was a prognostic factor affecting DFS and OS in patients with cervical cancer.Conclusion:Serum cholesterol level before treatment can be used as prognostic risk assessment index for cervical cancer patients.
