摘　　要：目的:探讨基于互联网微信平台的延续性护理对颅内肿瘤手术患者出院后心理状况、生活质量的影响。方法:2018年1月—2020年1月于郑州市第三人民医院神经外科行手术治疗的116例颅内肿瘤患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各58例;对照组出院时给予健康指导,观察组在对照组的基础上给予基于互联网微信平台的延续性护理干预;对比两组患者干预前、干预后3个月的心理状况、生活质量。结果:两组患者干预后3个月抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分较干预前均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者干预后3个月社会功能、生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康感、情感职能、活力、精神健康评分较干预前均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于互联网微信平台的延续性护理干预能有效减轻颅内肿瘤患者出院后的抑郁和焦虑的心理状况,可提高其生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of continuing care based on the Internet WeChat platform on the psychological status and quality of life of patients with intracranial tumor surgery after discharge.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2020,116 patients with intracranial tumors underwent surgical treatment in the hospital were selected as the research objects and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 58 cases in each group.Health guidance was given in the control group and the observation group was given continuous nursing intervention based on the Internet WeChat platform on the basis of the control group.The psychological status and quality of life of the two groups of patients before and 3 months after the intervention were compared.Results:The scores of the Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Selfrating Anxiety Scale(SAS)of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention 3 months after intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The social function,physiological function,physiological function,physical pain,overall health,emotional function,vitality,and mental health scores of the two groups of patients were higher than those before the intervention 3 months after intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuing nursing intervention based on the Internet WeChat platform can effectively reduce the psychological state of depression and anxiety of patients with intracranial tumors after discharge,and can improve their quality of life.
