摘　　要：青光眼是致盲的主要原因之一,构成视神经的神经节细胞轴突受到多种因素的损伤,其机制尚未完全明确,其治疗方式有多种。青光眼多样的手术方式由于切口部位、范围、深浅的差异会不同程度地影响角膜神经的形态和功能。角膜神经是眼表的重要结构,对于维持角膜正常结构和功能起着重要的作用。正常角膜神经的缺失将导致角膜营养不良及代谢障碍。神经损伤后角膜知觉下降或消失,影响创口愈合和手术质量。因此,有必要对角膜神经损伤过程和影响因素进行了解,扬长避短,提高手术治疗效果。Glaucoma is one of the main causes of blindness.The ganglion cell axons that make up the optic nerve are damaged by a variety of factors.The mechanism is not completely clear,and there are many treatment methods.The various surgical methods for glaucoma will affect the shape and function of the corneal nerve to varying degrees due to the difference in the location,scope,and depth of the incision.The corneal nerve is an important structure of the ocular surface,and it plays an important role in maintaining the normal structure and function.The loss of normal corneal nerves will cause malnutrition and metabolic disorders of the cornea.Corneal sensation affects wound healing and surgical quality when it decreases or disappears after nerve injury.Therefore,it is necessary to understand the process and influencing factors of corneal nerve injury so as to improve the surgical treatment effect.
