摘  要:目的探讨无创脑水肿动态监护在脑出血性疾病治疗中的应用。方法选取江西省人民医院2019年1月~2020年1月收治的50例脑出血性疾病患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽签分组原则方法分为观察组(25例)与对照组(25例)。观察组采用微创血肿清除方法,对照组采用内科保守治疗方法。比较两组的综合扰动系数、神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分。结果随着病程的进展,对照组的患侧扰动系数升高并超过健侧,于第3天时达高峰。观察组第3天时的患侧指标低于同组健侧,第5天时的患侧指标高于同组健侧,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组第3、5天的患侧综合扰动系数与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过治疗后,观察组第3、5、8天的NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论无创脑水肿动态监护在脑出血性疾病治疗中具有重要意义,综合扰动系数随着患者病程进展产生动态性变化,可以对患者脑内灶周围组织水肿动态变化进行反映,能够及时反馈患者情况,提高患者治疗效果,改善患者的预后,值得研究和推广。Objective To explore the application of noninvasive dynamic monitoring of brain edema in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage disease.Methods A total of 50 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage disease in Jiangxi Provincial People′s Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the observation group(25 cases)and the control group(25 cases)according to the principle of random drawing and grouping methods.The observation group was treated with minimally invasive hematoma removal,and the control group was treated with conservative medical treatment.The comprehensive disturbance coefficient and National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score of the two groups were compared.Results With the progress of the disease course,the disturbance coefficient of the affected side in the control group increased and exceeded that of the healthy side,and reached the peak at the third day.The indexes of the affected side in the observation group were lower than those in the same group at the third day,and the indexes of the affected side were higher than those in the same group at the fifth day,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The comprehensive disturbance coefficient of the affected side in the observation group on the third and fifth days were significantly different from that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS scores of the observation group on the 3rd,5th and 8th days were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Noninvasive dynamic monitoring of brain edema is of great significance in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage diseases.The comprehensive disturbance coefficient changes dynamically with the progress of the course of disease,which can reflect the dynamic changes of edema in the surrounding tissues of patients with intracerebral lesionsm,and it can timely feedback the patient′s situation,improve the treatment effect and improve the prognosis of patients,which is worthy of research and promoti
