摘　　要：下颌前磨牙根管形态较为复杂,可能存在多根管,给根管治疗带来难度。插诊断丝的X线片,和多角度投射有助于发现其他根管。CBCT可更加直观的看到根管形态,从而有利于分析根管的分布。报告1例CBCT在下颌第二前磨牙双根3根管治疗中的诊断作用。The root canal morphology of mandibular premolars is complex,and there may be multiple root canals,which makes the root canal treatment difficult.X-ray film with diagnostic wire inserted and multi angle projection are helpful to find other root canals.CBCT can be more intuitive to see the shape of root canal,which is conducive to the analysis of root canal distribution.This paper reports the diagnostic value of CBCT in the treatment of 3 canals of mandibular second premolar.
